1st, 2 corrections: Contrary to what I said, U/P has chicken dilemma. I was mistaken to say that, in 3-Slot ICT, U/P, & TTR MGR, a majority faction who mistakenly approve Middle won't thereby give away the election. Those methods don't have that property. None of those 3 methods makes a good unlimited rankings method. 3-Slot ICT is Approval without chicken-dilemma, & it's my favourite method. TTR MGR may well be as good, but it's more complicated.
