I didn't invent MMPO or even the name (maybe the acronym?). I was probably just the first/only to suggest using it on two-slot ballots. To the list of MMPO's features I would add Later-no-harm. I think the Plurality failure makes it a very hard sell, but good luck if you want to try. Kevin
