This turned out to be incredibly hard and I'm not entirely satisfied with the order, but, on the other hand, I can't think of a better one, and the deadline is in 10 hours, so better put *something* out there. The main problem, I think, is that so much is context dependent. Do you want max quality and the voters aren't too strategic? Use RP or Schulze. Is strategy a problem? Use Condorcet-IRV. Is complexity a problem? Smith//Approval or Smith//Range. Does it have to look like an elimination method? Benham, Raynaud or Baldwin. Etc.
