here is the report for the mentioned primaries:

There were 8 candidates and 302 ballots. 7 ballots were
empty or invalid.

The winner (Patrizia Bedori) was also a Condorcet winner.
She even beat every other candidate pairwise with at least
160 votes.

The report also states that the Schulze method ("Schwartz
Sequential Dropping") would have been used to resolve
a circular tie.
