This was one post that I sent out where I was watching with bated breath to see a useful response (and I got one from Omegatron) and I lost patience. Occasionally, I get some bot response from the list server that tells me that I have been removed from the list because of excessive bounces. This has happened often enough that I now do nothing in response (except wonder if I really *was* removed from the list). Sorry for wasting bandwidth, guys. (Here's another curiosity - how many women are on the list? I don't see any posts from persons that have obviously women's names.) There's Kathy Dopp, who is an (infrequent) contributor to the list (e.g. http://lists.electorama.com/pipermail/election-methods-electorama.com/2021-July/002822.html). +roblan@gmail.com <roblan@gmail.com> who runs the list: Regarding the bouncing messages, it may be that the list server software (mailman <http://list.org/>) is not configured to handle cryptographic signing of messages (DKIM <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DomainKeys_Identified_Mail>). The different ways that that can be handled are described at https://wiki.list.org/DEV/DKIM.
