Correction regarding FairVote claim

Sorry, in the statement that I was referring to, FairVote didn’t say that
Condorcet has a spoiler-problem.  They instead said that it isn’t proven
that Condorcet doesn’t have a spoiler-problem.

…& it’s proven that IRV doesn’t have a spoiler problem?

Oops!!! FairVote forgot to share the proof with us, or tell us where it’s
published.

Obviously, & surely Richie knows this, in Condorcet you can fully vote for
Favorite over Good, & for Good over Worst.  … but not in Successive
Topcount Elimination (STE).
