Does anyone have either a clean dataset of IRV elections, or code to easily work with it? I'd like to check for frequency of participation/monotonicity/etc. violations.

One starting point is here: https://www.rcvresources.org/data-clearinghouse But it hasn't been updated in a bit. There is more Minneapolis and San Francisco data that is available online but hasn't been migrated to that page, not to mention data from Alaska that is available online. But again, it's a place to start.
