It seems to me like if you’re all-in on the idea that voting systems have
to satisfy Condorcet’s principle, maximal lotteries are just the natural,
correct way to extend it to cyclic elections. A maximal lottery will beat
every other candidate in a majority vote. So why doesn’t this list talk
about them more?
